A 10-15 min walk from the city center. Metro stops 'Stadium of Light' or 'St Peter's' are within 10 minutes. Park & Ride runs from Enterprise Park.
Warning: Roads around the stadium close one hour before kick-off. Avoid driving to the immediate perimeter; use city center parking instead.
Away fans are located in the upper tier of the North Stand (Turnstiles 69-74). Views are excellent, but you are very high up.

CASHLESS VENUE. Coins are not permitted inside and will be collected for charity at the gate. Rigorous searches at the away turnstiles.
Designated routes lead to the St Peter's Metro station or the Park & Ride bus collection point.
Exit via the main wide stairwells of the North Stand directly onto the secure stadium perimeter for dispersal.

NCL is 50 mins away by Metro (direct). Teesside is 40 mins by road.
Tip
Newcastle Airport (NCL) is the easiest international link with a direct Metro connection to Sunderland.
The city center areas around Sunniside and the Bridges Shopping Centre offer many away-friendly pubs like The Peacock and The Fire Station.
