The stadium is located two miles from Stoke-on-Trent railway station. Specialized shuttle buses run from Glebe Street every 15 minutes on matchdays.
Warning: Walking from the station takes about 45 minutes along a somewhat industrial route. Using the shuttle bus is highly recommended.
Away supporters are housed in the Marston's Pedigree Stand (South East corner). This section features modern safe-standing rails.
