GETTING TO THE GROUND

Take the train to 'Fratton' station, which is a 10-minute walk from the stadium. Follow Goldsmith Avenue past the KFC towards the ground.

Warning: Goldsmith Avenue is the main artery and becomes extremely congested. Avoid driving to the ground; stick to the rail network.

Away fans are located in the Milton End. Entrance is via Turnstiles 19–22. The stand is an older, uncovered terrace area (mostly).

CRITICAL

Fratton Park is an old-school, historic ground. Concessions are cashless. Searches are thorough. Milton End is exposed to the elements.

Exit routes & evacuation

Designated routes for away fans lead towards the coach parking on Rodney Road or back to Fratton rail station.

Exit via the main turnstile gates directly onto the Milton Road perimeter.

Transfer

Direct train from Gatwick to Fratton/Southsea takes 1 hour 20 mins. From Heathrow, use the 'National Express' coach.

Tip

Southampton Airport is very close, but Gatwick offers far more international connections for travelling fans.
