OPERATIONAL MAP

GETTING TO THE GROUND

Transport is severely disrupted. Tap-taps (shared taxis) are the local norm, but are currently unsafe for foreign visitors. Private armored transport is recommended.

Warning: CRITICAL: The area surrounding the stadium is often controlled by rival gangs. Do not travel to this ground without professional security details.

The stadium is an aging concrete arena. Seating is mostly in the main stand. Facilities are basic and often suffer from power or water outages.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Bags larger than A4
  • Professional cameras
  • Pyrotechnics
  • Items that could be used as projectiles

CRITICAL

The ground has been vandalized and occupied by armed groups in recent years. No formal 'Away Sector' is currently reliable or secured.

Exit routes & evacuation

Only one primary exit route exists via Rue Oswald Durand, which is a frequent location for civil unrest.

Exit via the main tunnels immediately to armored vehicles. Do not loiter outside the perimeter fence.

MISSION LOGISTICS

Hub

Toussaint-Louverture International (PAP)

Transfer

Airport road is high-risk for carjacking and kidnappings. Use pre-arranged secure hotel shuttles ONLY.

Tip

Flights are frequently cancelled or suspended due to security incidents at the perimeter.

RECOMMENDED ZONE

The Pétion-Ville district is situated at a higher elevation and is generally safer than the city center, though still under high risk.

RECOMMENDED

Pétion-Ville offers good transport links and is generally safe for away supporters.

TACTICAL INTEL

GATHERING POINT

CENTRAL MEETING POINT

Champ de Mars (AVOID)

Formerly the primary park and gathering spot, it is now extremely dangerous. It is only included as a landmark; fans should gather in secure hotels.

POLICE PROFILE

OVERSTRETCHED

Haitian National Police (PNH) are severely overstretched. They rarely maintain a presence near the stadium without armored support. Expect little to no official help.
