St James' Park is located in the heart of the city. It is a 10-15 minute uphill walk from Newcastle Central Station. Alternatively, take the Metro to 'St James' or 'Monument' stations.
Warning: The walk from the city center is steep. For away fans, allow extra time to climb the 14 flights of stairs to the top tier of the Leazes End.
Away supporters are housed in the upper tier of the Sir John Hall Stand (Leazes End). Access is via Turnstiles 89–94. Lift access is available for those with mobility issues—ask a steward.

Strict bag policy: A4 size max. The away end is very high up; fans with vertigo should be aware. Cashless payments only for all food and drink.
Designated exit routes lead towards Leazes Park or down towards the city center via Gallowgate.
Follow steward instructions. Exit via the main stairwells to the perimeter of the stadium on Leazes Terrace.

The Metro is the most cost-effective and reliable transfer method.
The Quayside offers a great selection of bars and restaurants with views of the Tyne Bridge. The Bigg Market and Grey Street are the main hubs for matchday atmosphere.

A central open space near the Monument and main shopping areas. Often used by travelling fans due to its central location and proximity to the ground.
