From Mainz Hauptbahnhof, take tram lines 51 or 53 to 'Jakob-Heinz-Straße/Arena'. On matchdays, dedicated shuttle buses run from the station's bus terminal.
Warning: Parking at the stadium is extremely limited. Use the free Park-and-Ride at 'Messe' (Genfer Allee), which is outside the environmental zone.
Away supporters enter blocks H, I, and J via the visitors' entrance. The section offers a mix of seating and safe standing areas.

CASHLESS stadium. Visibly intoxicated fans (limit ~1.1 per mille) will be denied entry. Small bags (A4 size) are permitted; storage is available for larger items.
Designated shuttle routes lead back to Mainz Hauptbahnhof and the Messe P+R facility.
Exit via the visitors' gate towards the shuttle bus loop or the P9 parking lot for fan buses.
