Stadium access – St. Jakob-Park
GETTING TO THE GROUND
Take the train to Basel St. Jakob (8 mins from Basel SBB) or Tram 14 from the city center (Barfüsserplatz) for a direct link.
Warning: Driving is strongly discouraged without a pre-confirmed parking pass. Road closures are common near the stadium 2 hours before kickoff.
Away fans are in Sections B1 and B2. Access is via specialized visitor turnstiles. The stadium is modern and mostly cashless (Card/Twill).

CRITICAL
Avoid wearing away colors near Sector D (Home Ultras). Security checks are thorough; ID is mandatory. Bags larger than A4 are forbidden.
Exit routes & evacuation
Designated routes lead fans via the 'St. Jakobskirche' toward the main bus stops and rail terminal.
Exit via the North-East visitor gates directly to the St. Jakob railway platforms or the tram 14 loop.

Airport to center is 20 mins by Bus 50. It stops at Basel SBB. Direct, frequent, and safe.
